Problems With Your Eyes?

Optometrists (Opticians) are trained not only to test your vision, but also to assess and manage a wide range of urgent, and less urgent, eye problems.

An optometrist should therefore be the FIRST person that you see for ANY eye problem that you might have.

Optometrists have specialist training and equipment that your GP does not have, and they can deal with most eye problems.  Appointments are free and funded by NHS, and if necessary, they can refer you directly to the Eye Hospital.
